IDK CIRCULATION HEATERs are designed to enable economic, efficient and convenient heating of various types of liquids and gases during the course of the pipeline, and cosist of the compact combination of the IDK TUBLAR HEATER enclosed as the heating element, the shell and the insulation.
the heaters are used for the circuration heating of various types of heat medium oils, heat exchanging mechanisms, water heating, super heating of steam, gas heating and for the preheating of fuel oils.
The main part of the IDK CIRCULATION HEATER is comprised of a flange type tubular heater, heating chamber, insulation and a thermostat preventing overheat.
An outlet and inlet pipe, and a mounting pad for the object to be heated are provided on the upper and lower sides of the heating chamber in standard models, and the thermostat is inserted into the heating chamber by penetrating the heater frange.
This heater can be independently used as a single unit as a matter of course but can also be made into a heating system consisting of several units.
